Amber Ross

How long have you been working for BTTS, and what do you do?

I have been with BTTS for 9 months as the Executive Administrative Assistant to John Brooks.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

Supporting John directly is always an adventure. From managing tasks and keeping everything organized to ensuring his day runs smoothly, there's never a dull moment. Engaging with a wide variety of people, both within and outside of BTTS, adds an exciting layer to my role. The diverse responsibilities keep me on my toes and ready to tackle whatever comes next!

What does BTTS mean to you?

BTTS, to me, is about unity, where individual strengths come together to achieve something greater. It’s the fusion of unique talents, each one irreplaceable, working in harmony to create something meaningful and impactful.

What is something that most people might not know about you?

I was a surprisingly accident-prone child. I always seemed to find myself injured while out playing with my sisters and cousins. As a child, I ended up with a black eye, broken or sprained arms, and even a fractured femur that had me in a body cast from the waist down for nearly a year.

What's something you would recommend?

I’d recommend extending grace to everyone—because we never know the battles others are facing. A little compassion can create a ripple of kindness that makes all the difference. 😊
