Meet our February Spotlight:
Charis Caldwell
How long have you been working for BTTS, and what do you do?
I have been working at The Ellis for 2 years and am the Lead Venue Coordinator! I started as an opener and have worked my way to Lead Coordinator.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
I love wedding day! There is something so magical about the buzz of the building on a wedding day, from the couple seeing the space with all of their choices coming together and the hustle and bustle of ceremonies. My favorite moment is right before the bride walks down the aisle, and it is just us, that feeling is unmatched.
What does BTTS mean to you?
BTTS means quality of service. We strive to give our clients the best quality of service we can and the team works endlessly to ensure that!
What is something that most people might not know about you?
I was homeschooled! My mom was a trooper; she homeschooled me and all my siblings. I was homeschooled until Middle school, which is the earliest any of my siblings went to school!
Where is somewhere that you have always wanted to visit?
I have always wanted to go to Greece! I have always wanted to see the city, try real Greek food, and see all the architecture.
What is something you're excited about this year?
I have a lot of personal and professional milestones this year that I am excited to celebrate! Lots of weddings and celebrations in my life are happening in 2025! Along with my 150 wedding at BTTS!
