Kennedy Walls
How long have you been working for BTTS, and what do you do?
I have been on the BTTS Bus since September of 2023! I work as the Director of Wedding Sales for Brookshire, along with managing our social media feeds 😊
What was your first role in the events industry if this is not your first?
I worked as a director of ALL THE THINGS for a newly built event venue/restaurant in Marion, OH. I directed the construction, renovations, and hiring, all while taking clients on tours of the construction site, booking their weddings, and coordinating weddings for my already-booked clients! This role sparked my love for the wedding and events industry, along with my love for working with people to craft a custom vision.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
I love being the first person that most couples interact with from BTTS and/or Brookshire! I love being their first experience with our level of knowledge, hospitality, and core values. Using what I learn about the couples and what makes their love story unique is my favorite way to help them visualize their wedding day at Brookshire and, ultimately, book their date!
What does BTTS mean to you?
Quite literally being “Bigger than the Sky”! I feel that this phrase applies to every role within the company and ties directly back to our core values. We strive to provide an unforgettable event to every person that walks through our doors. We achieve this by being “bigger than the sky”—through our actions, our words, and our commitment to exceptional service, starting from their initial inquiry!
What is something that most people might not know about you?
I have a love for real estate and design! I have owned multiple homes (6 so far, to be exact!) and run a small rental business on the side. I spend a lot of my free completing little projects (and hiring out the big ones) to make my houses feel like a home! Next up on my 2025 bingo card: owning and operating an Airbnb! Stay tuned 😉

What is something you're excited about this year?
I get to travel to Italy in September for my best friend’s wedding! Send me all your recs for must-sees and restaurants to try—I’m a huge foodie when traveling!
