Kathy Galilei

How long have you been working for BTTS and what do you?

I Started part-time in 2018 at Brookshire – entering New Clients in the database that was used at the time as well as odd-jobs around the property. Moved to Full-time AP position in 2019 and from there into the bookkeeping side of things. As of October, I transitioned into the Systems Administrator position.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

I  love working with all of you, with numbers and now back to what I like best – Systems. With the company growth – you lose track of who people are and where they are working. I am hoping that now that I am back to TS admin work that I will get a chance to meet everyone.

What does BTTS mean to you?

Duh … Bigger Than The Sky, just kidding.  😊 It also a great place to work with a good environment built around good people with great values.

What is something that most people might not know about you?

That I am a Christian and that Jesus is my Lord (but I would hope that you already know that about me). 

Something that most of you probably do not know is that I jumped out of a completely fine airplane twice and then thought – Why am I doing this?? Two times was enough, but it was truly an experience that I would not forget, especially since there was a parachute malfunction on the first jump (I had to do it one more time.)

Is there somewhere that you have always wanted to visit?

Israel and Italy and have been to both – loved them! I guess if there is somewhere else I’d like to go – it would probably be Hawaii.

If you could have any superpower, what would you choose?

Maybe – the ability to fly – avoid traffic, reach your destination in record time and save on gas : )
