Reducing Food Waste

133 BILLION pounds and $161 BILLION worth of food was wasted in 2010 in the U.S. alone!

One of our main goals this past year as a team in 2021 was to Give Back BIGGER. And we finally crossed that goal off! We are proud of our team for embracing this goal passionately while tackling the challenge of food insecurity in Central Ohio & food waste in the catering industry.

This would not have been possible without the Columbus chapter of Food Rescue US ! The beauty of this new partnership allowed us to expand our giving back even further by donating our florals from each event as well!
