The DWG - Updates

We wanted to give you an update on the Dream Wedding Giveaway.

On April 4th, we hosted the random drawing event at The Cove at WatersEdge, where we invited the Top 10 finalists to a cocktail evening to meet all the vendors who participated in this giveaway.

It was a fun evening meeting all the finalists and helping one deserving couple win a $50,000 dream wedding. We had each of the couples write their names on a card, seal it, and place it in the raffle drum. From there, our managing partner, John A. Brooks, read the chosen couple's name!

They are getting married next April at The Estate at New Albany, and we are so excited to see them become husband and wife!

We asked them a few questions about their experience so far:

How was your experience being a part of The Dream Wedding Giveaway?

Being a part of The Dream Wedding Giveaway has been surreal! We entered this giveaway at the last minute and forgot we entered, so when we heard we were finalists, we were completely surprised. When we won, we were in complete shock. Everyone at BTTS and all the vendors have been amazing and helpful. This experience has literally been such a dream, and we are forever grateful. 

How is your wedding planning going? 

Wedding planning so far has been good! It has been a little slow because it is busy season, so we have every vendor locked in, but it won't really start picking up until the fall! So far, we've completed the guest list, selected the bridal parties, and taken engagement photos, and Sarah is about to begin the search for the perfect dress. 

What are you most excited about with your wedding?

Of course, we are most excited to finally be married. We are also excited to see it all come together with all the amazing vendors and spend the day with our family and friends!
